OPC and Wapice in Korea

A representative of Wapice will travel to Daejon, Korea to present a conference paper "Roadmap to adopting OPC-UA" at the 6th IEEE International Conference on Industrial Informatics during July 13-16, 2008.
Wapice is a member of the OPC Foundation and the OPC-UA EAG (Early Adopter Working Group) contributing to the core development of OPC-UA.

Wapice’s turnover for the first quarter of 2008 was over 2 million euros. This is almost 50 % more than in the first quarter of 2007, which means that the development has been the same as in the past four years.

Wapice grew over 50% in 2007 and the company's turnover was 4.8 Million euro. The growth accelerated especially in the end of 2007, so the prospects for 2008 are very positive.

Wapice Ltd has grown evenly and we have now already acquired status as one of the top companies in growth. The list compares the growth that has happened during 5 years. The growth has been almost completely organic. The organic growth still continues, in the planning is among other things to double the Deloitte's percentage next year. For Wapice's part, the growth percentage for the fifth year grows significantly when the year in running is also taken into account.
