Wapice Ltd is looking for experienced programmers and project managers for our offices in Vaasa, Hyvinkää and Tampere. We offer challenging tasks and the opportunity to develop innovative solutions and services that are very often the first of their kind.
We are constantly filling vacant positions as our customers' needs grow. Wapice has grown rapidly over the years (and is still growing) and currently employs 150 highly specialized software experts - mainly holding a Master of Technology / Economy or a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Despite the challenging situation in the world we expect that our profitable growth continues. In 2010 we have recruited so far over 10 new employees.
At this moment we are looking for:
Project managers and software designers
Programming with C# or C++ in an industrial environment using the .NET platform. Knowledge of the automation field is beneficial. Experience of PLC is seen as an advantage. The job description can be adjusted based on experience.

Linux programmer for embedded systems
We are looking for a capable programmer for programming of industrial embedded Linux systems. Experience of the Qt environment and an understanding of the RTOS world is beneficial. Knowledge of fieldbus adapters and an understanding of embedded HW activities is seen as an advantage. The job description can be adjusted based on experience.

Java programmer
For programming of industrial systems we are looking for a skilled Java programmer. A vision of architecture solutions and industrial systems is beneficial. Knowledge in Java EE and experience of Websphere or 3D is seen as an advantage.
