Finnish expertise is reflected in Dubai's floating luxury villas. Admares Group Oy is responsible for the structural implementation and the amazing appearance of the villas, while Wapice Oy, the digitalization expert from Vaasa, enables remote monitoring.
The implementation and maintenance of the remote monitoring system in the floating luxury villas and restaurants was handled by Wapice. The IoT-Ticket Office Tool Suite has been installed in the villas, which provides real-time information on deviations and maintenance needs. Remote monitoring boosts the maintenance and the control of the floating villas. Remote monitoring combines Wapice's experience and technology expertise from many different parts of the industry.
Floating villas combine ship and traditional building technology and systems are much more complicated than traditional construction. In addition, conditions in Dubai set high demands for, for example, the uninterrupted use of cooling.
– With IoT-Ticket, we can monitor the functionality of the systems in real time and respond to potential problems even before they appear on location. The system can also be used for easily creating new dashboards to monitor the performance of individual components, "says Admares VP Service Marcus Pellas.
